REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Owlpure Naturals strives to provide you with the greatest purchasing experience possible. However, because opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchanges or returns of opened or used products once they have been sold or delivered.
- Owlpure Naturals is not liable for any damage that occurs after delivery.
- We exchange the merchandise if there is a problem or a quality issue with it. All you have to do is get in touch with us via phone or email within 24 hours of delivery. You can contact us at 8297912562 or firstname.lastname@example.org, and our Customer Service team will gladly assist you.
- Products will be exchanged only if they are returned in a saleable condition, with the original receipt/tags intact and in their original packing, undamaged, and subject to the following terms:
- Returns and exchange requests will be reviewed and vetted by Owlpure Naturals.
- This Policy does not cover damages caused by neglect, improper usage, or incorrect application.
- Because shipping charges are non-refundable, they are not included in the refund amount of your item.
- Once your return/refund request has been accepted, the process will take 6-15 business days to complete
Please keep the following in mind when it comes to refunds:
- If you paid with a credit or debit card, you will receive a full refund, which will be reflected in your bank account/card/wallet in 3-7 working days.
- Owlpure Naturals will issue a cheque in the name of the billing client and ship to the billing address for Cash On Delivery orders.
- For orders placed using store credit/gift vouchers/promotions, your refund will be in the form of an online shop credit for the item, which may be redeemed later at https://owlpurenatural.com/.
- Refunds will be not applicable once the goods have been sold.
- Shipping costs incurred during free trials are non-refundable.
All products are non-refundable once purchased. In general, an item may be eligible for return within 3-7 days of Product Delivery if any of the following conditions are met:
- Physically damaged item for sale.
- Is there a missing part or accessory?
- Product box has not been opened, and the product has not been used.
