Shipment Processing Time

All orders are shipped within 2-7 business days. On Sundays and holidays, orders are not sent. The delivery may be delayed if we get a bulk number of orders. Please allow for additional travel days for delivery. If there is going to be a major delay in shipping your item, we will notify you by email or phone.

Shipping Charges

We ship our Owlpure Natural products throughout India; however, there is a fixed delivery charge of Rs. 50 for each order, with orders over Rs. 500 shipping free.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your product has shipped from Owlpure Natural, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number. And this tracking number will be activated within 24 hours.

Damages

Although Owlpure Naturals (https://owlpurenatural.com/) disclaims responsibility for any damaged goods, we'll replace any that are defective. Please keep all packaging and damaged goods before submitting a claim. Our Return & Refund Policy details the many options and procedures for returning your order.
